Bring us the businesses. We build what runs them.
Redway AI sets up and runs the systems a business depends on: call answering, lead follow-up, scheduling, websites and reviews. Your organization makes the introduction. Brian Redway scopes the work, builds it, keeps it running and reports results back to you.
Running a business yourself? See what we build for owners →You know the businesses. We make them efficient.
EDCs, chambers, business associations, SBDCs, lenders and incubators already hold the relationships. Redway AI is the technical assistance partner that does the build, for businesses and organizations of every size. One partner, one point of contact, and work your organization can point to.
Send us a business or organization that needs help, or tell us a problem you keep hearing across your members. Either way, it starts with a short form or a call.
Your organizationHe meets the business or team, maps how it runs today, and writes a scope with a fixed price. Your organization gets a copy, so you always know what was proposed.
Before any work startsThey get a working system and a trained team, not a slide deck. We stay on after launch to keep it running and improve it.
Timeline set in the scopeA short write-up of what was built and what changed, written so your board, funders or members can understand it.
For your reportingYou refer a business. Brian scopes it, builds it and keeps it running, and your organization gets the results write-up.

For funded programs and cohortsThe same work for your team: intake, scheduling, member communication and the reporting you owe your board.
For EDCs, chambers and associationsThis is the AI Front Desk that answers for Redway AI, 24 hours a day. It is the same system we install for clients. Call it, ask what a customer would ask, and judge it for yourself.
Our businesses run on the systems we build.

“Brian spoke to the African-American Community Roundtable (AACR) on September 28, 2026. He was instrumental in educating our network on the importance of AI, sharing best practices and tips on how to use available tools and resources, for our business owners as well as our AI novices. Brian was patient and supportive of our members, explaining in detail the best way to use several AI tools. He is a valuable resource to have. I encourage anyone who is trying to learn or is currently using AI for their business or personal needs to connect with him. I endorse his work and his enthusiasm in helping our community.”
Broad capability, scoped to each business.
These are the areas we work in most. They are categories, not a fixed menu, and they scale from a solo operator to a department. Each engagement starts with how the business or organization actually runs, then picks the pieces that pay off first.
Hours back every week. The repeat work that eats a team's week, like intake, scheduling, reminders, invoicing and reporting, mapped and then automated with your review built in.
No call or message goes unanswered. After hours included. Appointments booked, missed calls texted back, questions handled the way your team would.
Every inquiry gets a reply in minutes. Then steady follow-up until the prospect says yes or no, so your people only take the conversations that matter.
Customers can find you, trust you and book from a phone. A fast website that captures leads and takes bookings, with Google Business and directory listings brought up to date.
A steady stream of honest reviews. Requests go out at the right moment and responses are drafted for your approval.
Inventory, hiring, grant reporting, member communications, program intake. If it follows a pattern and costs hours, it can usually be made more efficient, whether it is one business or your own organization. Bring it to the consultation.
Brian Redway.
Brian is an operator first. He has spent his career inside real estate and business operations across the DC metro, including onboarding and managing more than 70 short-term rental properties nationwide and running the back-office systems, vendors and remote team behind them.
That is the lens he brings to consulting. He has run the kind of stretched operation your organization serves, from a solo business to a multi-property portfolio, so he scopes for what a team can actually adopt, builds it in-house, and stays on to run it. No hand-off to a vendor, no theory.
Practical sessions for busy teams.
Brian speaks to business groups, chambers, agencies and member organizations on one subject: getting more output from the team you have. No product pitch. Attendees leave with a list of the repeat work in their operation and a clear first step.
Each one is built around your members' businesses, not a generic deck.

Questions partners ask.
It is a 20-minute working session at no charge. We map where a business or organization loses time and decide what is worth building. You leave with a written scope and a fixed price. Advice beyond that is part of a paid engagement.
Both. Your organization makes the introduction or shares the need. From there Brian works directly with the business or team, and your organization receives the scope and a plain-language summary of results for its own reporting.
Every engagement is scoped in writing with a fixed price before work begins. Cost depends on what is built. If your organization funds work for its businesses through a program or grant, we can scope to that budget and report against it.
Yes. Brian offers lunch-and-learns, half-day workshops, member webinars and panel or keynote talks, all on getting more output from the team you have. Sessions are booked through the same consultation call.
No. The partner organizations we serve are often small-business focused, but the work scales. We take on solo operators, growing companies, multi-location operators, nonprofits and the partner organizations themselves. The scope changes; the approach does not.
The client does. Once a project is paid in full, the website files and content we made belong to them, and contact data can be exported at any time. Redway keeps its own frameworks and tools. We run the systems for as long as the client wants; monthly services stop with 30 days' written notice. If your organization has data or privacy requirements, send them before the consultation and we will scope the work to them.
No. We build it, set it up, train the team and run it. If your people can use a phone, they can use what we build.
